So why am I writing this

I’m writing this manual because I’m really pissed off at my situation and at myself. I’m as mad as hell and not going to take it anymore!
I’m writing this manual to help myself and others develop a permanent positive outlook on life.
I’m writing this manual because I don’t have the time and patience to read all those self-help books.
I’m writing this manual as a reference guide for myself and others to follow through all my positive and negative experiences of two failed marriages, internet dating and being true to one’s self.

How do I turn my life around

Take your share of the responsibility!

Divorce is a 50/50 proposition, you married each other and unless it was a shotgun wedding, no one held a gun to your head.
